How to Join
1. Print and complete a membership application.
2. Contact the Club of your choice to check availability and make an appointment.
We provide a limited number of full day camps on days where school is closed during the the academic year. This includes Winter Break, Spring Break, planned and unplanned school closures and some major holidays. Participants must be current members and space is limited. If you would like your child to attend a Full Day Camp, contact your site’s Program Director to inquire as to what sites will be open and if there is space available. NOTE: Space is extremely limited and allotted on a first come first served basis. If you have committed to come but for some reason can’t please notify us with sufficent time so that we can allot the space to another child!
Full Day Programs
Our Full Day Programs are typically open on non federal holidays when school happens to be closed. That list includes Spring break, Winter Break, Thanksgiving, Veterans day, Teacher In Service days, MLK day and more… Please refer to our Organization Calendar for exact dates. Kids and teens engage in a variety of general activities. Including games, contests, crafts, and athletics.
Our Day Camp Programs are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and you can drop off or retrieve your child at any point.
Full Day Programs fees are $10 a day for every day in attendence. Current members are welcome to attend our programs for free after 3pm. NOTE: New members are subject to an annual membership fee.
Yes, you can pay fees online, but payment should not be confused with registration. Parents should ALWAYS check first with their site to ensure that their child is signed up and to inquire as to any outstanding balances prior to paying online.
A 5 item afternoon snack is offered. Milk, whole grain, fruit, vegetable, and a protien.
No. While applications are available for download and payments can be submitted on-line, space is limited. Please call your site to ask about signing your child up.
Medication of any kind is not allowed on our sites. Our staff are prohibited from administering or providing medication of any kind. If your child requires special attention please speak with your sites Program Director.
Winter Programs
Our Winter break programs open the first monday of the winter break and continue through the start of NVUSD Spring semester. NOTE: The Club typically closes for the week between Christmas and New Years. Please refer to our Organization Calendar for exact dates. Kids and teens engage in a variety of general activities. Including games, contests, crafts, and athletics.
